JCW package/2007 Mini Cooper S. What's in it? What are the next mods?

Greetings,
I am considering buying a 2007 Mini Cooper S manual (40K miles) with the JCW package from a good friend. I am curious about EXACTLY what this years version of the JCW package installs specifically.
I am a bit of a boost addict (650hp 2JZ/SC300) and know I would likely want to make some logical modifications based on what is currently installed.
I really want to know what levels of performance are generally built on top of the existing S/JCW upgrades. Ideas would be wonderful but I don't mind doing the research with a few great links on this specific 2007 package and what mods can be done on top of it.

Thank You

Contact MarioKart on this forum for a good path for more hp. He does manic tunes, which are well developed and he can tell you the best way to more boost. Nothing like 650 hp is achievable on stock internals. The JCW tuning kit is just an exhaust, intake and tune pretty much. The factory JCW (09+) strengthens the internals too so I'd say it's a better base to build on top of.

Thank you for your reply!

I will start by reading the info in the link and I will contact Mariocart as well for info! I have no desire for 650 in a car this light. If i can get 75-100 extra hp and some sweet sounds out of it i'd be happy.
Thanks!

Thanks!
The kit in 07 had a new higher flowing cylindrical air filter w/ new top to the air box to fit it, an ecu tune and a cat back exhaust.

In terms of bang for the buck, that kit didn't give a ton of hp (172 in the Cooper S went up to 189 with the kit). The exhaust sounds great IMO as is and doesn't drone as much as other aftermarket exhausts. I think with a stronger tune, new downpipe, you'd be be getting a pretty good gain. As it was, the kits' hp numbers were a bit understated, so getting up to 250ish shouldn't be too difficult.
