Megan Racing damper settings?

Looking into getting a set of Megan coils for my R56. What damper settings are you guys using? Should the front be stiffer than the back? Vice versa? Equal damping?

Mine is set at 20&20
Which is pretty stiff but the car is very low I get a lot of vibration from the engine and the tires

I was looking into doing the same suspension how low will the Megan kit drop the car. And how close to stock ride would it be
