How to confirm R56 timing chain and tensioner were replaced?

I just bought a 2008 Mini Cooper S R56 with 81k on it. It's in great shape and runs fine. It has a ton of scheduled maintenance that occurred that appears on the Carfax, but it never states if the timing chain and tensioner were replaced, per the service bulletin and law suit.

Is there any way to conclusively tell if it was replaced? Is the tensioner a different color or style? TIA!

You could give the dealer the VIN and they could tell you if they or another dealer changed the timing chain.
