Filter housing HELP!

Okay, I have been searching for a while and I have not been able to find the information. I was trying to replace my own fuel filter today on my r56, however when unscrewing the top of the fuel filter housing I was an idiot and used a screwdriver in the hose Inlet port to unscrew it. That little point where the fuel line clips into the housing top. Anyway, I popped out a little piece that was in there. It's a black piece with a couple of O ring's. I believe this is what seals the fuel line in the housing top. Does anybody have any idea how these pieces go into this port in order. I have all the parts, but no frame of reference as how they go back in. Now I am sitting here with the back seat off and the fuel filter change done but I screwed up and I'm stuck. I apologize if this is in the wrong section, I am new to posting here however I am not new to using this site for reference. Any help would be great or even pictures if anyone has some of that Inlet.
