There isn't much information on this, and I don't see much discussion on it.

Does anyone have any more information on the Climate setting under profiles. It doesn't look like I'm able to activate it, but I also don't know what the settings even are.

 

BMW has had this feature since the '90s and it's never really documented

Basically, you can set a timer and it will turn on the ventilation fan even if you aren't in the car. If you often get into your car after work at the same time of day and it's hot due to sitting in the sun, it's handy to have the fan start 15 minutes earlier to circulate some air.

It was working when I got in car this afternoon. I think I was expecting to be able to place a check on the first line ... The fan was blowing the vents.

Now, I wonder what kind of toll that takes on the battery. ;-)

 

Pretty sure I recall that it doesn't operate if it decides the battery is too low.
