Rebuilding a salvage JCW hood question

Hi,
Just to recap I bought a 2012 JCW T499178
I now have all the mechanical components on the car and took it for my first drive the other day. Those brakes sure grab, and nice firm ride.

So far all the mechanical items I have replaced have been purchased genuine mini parts from the dealer. I know the parts are a bit more money, but putting the car back to way it was is very rewarding.
Have to give the engineers credit for how modular everything fits, and cutouts for sockets wrenches. Such a dream to work on.

I have a question, does the JCW bumper have a foam "energy absorber"?
RealOEM shows a part #3 but you cannot click on it for the part number.

Also based on my vin code can someone help me identify what hood scoop was originally on the car?

Was the carbon version a factory option?

Thanks guys

Also looking for a bi xenon adaptative head light for the rh side

I don't think the VIN will tell you the hood scoop color, unfortunately. My 08 had a chrome scoop (from the factory, based on the window sticker) but did not show up as an option in the VIN build sheet. I feel like you could buy the carbon version as a port-installed option if you custom order, but it's more unlikely that dealer-ordered cars will order that.
