Need Suggestion for new Tires

Need advice on 18" Mini Stock on my 2015 F55. Finally! its time to get rid of run flats and am planning to get Micheline Pilot sport but am curious on how much of difference will it make on the ride quality and the handling
I really hate how every groove kinda comes in on these 18 inches but not entirely sure if the size or the tires to blame really can't decide if I just go plain swap the tires or get the whole wheel set. Any experience of advice would greatly appreciated.

I'll be going with Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R's this year. I've heard nothing but great things about them.

Removing runflats will be a noticeably smoother ride over the stock. The Pilot Super Sport is the best handling max performance tire on the market. The closest to riding on rails. Turn in is sharp and the tire is very progressive through the entire grip spectrum. 18's will ride firm just due to low profile. A set of light 17" wheels with 215/45R17 would be an ideal set up, if your willing to give up a bit of looks for performance.

I went on a trip to Mini dealer and the quote I got for two tires is 760
and they said they don't carry conventional tires. Utterly disappointed

Don't buy tires from the dealer, get them from TireRack. Any place like Pepboys or a tire shop near you can mount them for you for around $20 per tire.
