Reputable dealer vs Ebay for aftermarket lights?

I'm looking at the Spyder lights and on ECS tuning, they're about $100 more than the ebay version (http://www.ebay.com/itm/For-07-13-Mini-Cooper-S-Clubman-R55-R56-Black-LED-Tube-Projector-DRL-Headlights/172400634410?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D38530%26meid%3Dd199fafbcdc4489bb12c0c4cc61edbbb%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D162097197103). The question is, are these the same item, or is the ebay one of lower quality?

I dont really know, but it looks like whatever they are selling they took the pictures off our site. That's my r58 JCW.
