My own weird trifecta

First of all thanks to the various knowledgeable mini folks out there. Found lots of good info here but now I have a problem odd enough that searching isn't getting it done.

So I have a an r53 07/06 production date with the abs trifecta. It was like that when I bought it and didn't know any better. Anyways, I got a scan tool and it said front left sensor so I replaced it (after considerable swearing). This appeared to help as the lights went out temporarily. Previously the lights just stayed on all the time.

Here are the facts as it stands now...

When I start the car, the abs and dsc lights will be on.
Once I start moving forward they go out.
After I get moving down the road, usually just shifting into second gear or getting up to 15mph or so, the abs, dsc, and tpms lights come back on.

I have the following fault codes on my scan tool
5DF0 (Pump Motor)
5E1F (Vehicle identification number different)
5E16 (CAN connection to instrument cluster)
5D90 Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor : Accident Recognition

When graphing the left front speed sensor on my scan tool, I can tell it's working and is reading speed but it has these random frequent "shark's tooth" shapes where it looks like the signal cuts from the sensor and the speed drops sharply and returns.

So.... I'm thinking the VIN mismatch means the guy I bought the car from is sketchier then I realized at the time but nothing to be done about that now...

From what I've read on here I'm thinking I have a bad wiring harness. Possibly just below the abs unit. Any thoughts on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a VIN code I would start with that and recode the modules and make sure it all matches. It could be a simple as that and everything will work after that. But after that I'd do more diag as it could be the wiring to the module, or the module itself as we have seen both those issues before.
