Febi Bilstein Tie Rods?

Anyone here with experience with the Febi Bilstein tie rods or any other parts from them?

Recently slid into a curb in the snow and bent the driver side tie rod. I managed to get rid of the massive toe in and get the car driving straight again with combination of hammering the tie rod (making it somewhat straighter) and unthreading it a lot. But obviously I'd need to replace it at some point.

I think the MINI OEM part is like $120 and I'd rather not spend that + labour + alignment at this point. So if anyone has anything to share regarding the Febi Bilstein variant (they're 29 bucks!!), I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

I don't have personal experience with Febi, but Bilstein is a known name, for sure. As far as I know, any aftermarket part must meet OE manufacturing specs. I would buy it ASAP, and install, then get an alignment. The stress of bending and re-bending has surely weakened the metal of the original part.

I've used Febi parts without any issues.

I prefer Lemforder parts as they are OEM parts without the BMW price.
