Alright so the shifting got to me on my 110 mile commute.
2003 Mini Cooper s 6 speed sport package. Leather, heated seats, navi, dual,sun roof, H&K stereo that is loud, does have salvage title from a rear hit. 160k

So I fixed everything in that last 4 months.

New Luk clutch with throw out support, r56 s front brakes (1" inch bigger! )with ss lines, pads at 80%, koni fsd struts, new fuel pump and filter, replaced all oil seals valve cover, spark plug well gaskets, front and rear crank seals, new speed master harmonic balancer, alternator, battery, battery cable, 4 ball joints and powerflex front trailing arm bushings, supercharger replaced has 50k on it - drained and refilled sc oil, sc coupler, sc gaskets - green gasket also, intake gasket, new radiator and electric fan, thermostat, flushed system, heater core replaced, tires at 75%, new gas tank cap, fancy 1 step colder spark plugs.

Speed parts. Alta 15% pulley, silicone intercooler connectors, Dave f mod - K&N round filter installed in spare air box, have old one for smog, Miltek car back with no resonator. Pops and burbles all the time
