R60 Cooper S passenger fuse box-Fuse#F31

Hi
Dose anybody understand what is the F31 fuse of the 2011' R60 Cooper S?
Because, I already searched the previous post, but, it only stated that the F31 is "not used".
Please find the attachment for the detail.
