I was wondering if anyone had any new information about the cvt class action lawsuit from a while back? I ended up having the same issue but literally 2 months after the last suit was paid out

Looks like the deadline to file a claim was 4/2/2014 according to https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-...it-settlement/

I have no personal experience, but you could always contact MINI USA and see if they have any helpful info.
