JCW and R105 Crown Spoke wheels

I see in the "Library of Motoring" that the R105 Crown Spoke wheel was listed as an option and choice for second generation JCW's. Is anybody running these wheels on their JCW? Is the center emblem replaceable with the JCW emblem being that this wheel has the one piece center cap that covers the bolts? Pictures would be appreciated. Thank you. http://libraryofmotoring.info/facts/wheels/#17

center cap is one piece. just for reference...

however, a jcw decal, if i understand it right can resolve what you are planning to do.

the crown wheel center cap MINI logo is smaller than the exposed OEM wheels. may need to do some laser cutting.

great wheel design for the updated version of the legendary british minilites.

Yes as I had recognized, it is a one piece center cap. In the ebay photos that you provided there is a clip that holds something around the emblem from behind. I was trying to avoid the adhesive emblem if possible. I want it recognizable as a JCW wheel though. I did find this photo.....

unfortunately, the clips on hold on the wheel center bore itself. there is also i minute notch the can used for removal.

another pic without the MINI logo. another option you can do is to Dremel a cut out to custom retrofit the JCW caps. This will require precision cutting and smoothen out the jagged edges.
