Do not purchase from German Audi Tech!!!

I purchased a new CD mechanism for my OEM radio from them and it turned out to be defective. It skips on most bumps which my original CD player never did. Have tried to contact them dozens of times on their listed phone number and sent numerous emails and they don't answer. After looking them up online it appears that they do not have a good reputation out there in the BMW world either. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I hope you paid with a credit card as you may have some recourse via the card company.

Unfortunately, due to vacation and work and some laziness, I waited beyond the credit card dispute limit of 60 days.

Still, I purchased from a vendor that will not answer their phone, will not respond to voice mail and will not answer email. I have made a complaint with the BBB. Thoe only other thing I can do is to warn people from using this business.
