Apparently the car has a branded title for not having the actual mileage. Had no idea.
Currently no longer for sale. Need to figure things out.

No, not at all. I truly didn't know. Never ran the CarFax when I bought it.

Now that I looked at it better it's an odometer issue. It could have been someone reporting the wrong mileage during service. Either way it's a bummer. Not sure if that can be resolved.
