I'd get one new from the dealers, about 80 bucks for upper and lower grills.

ok i will stop by the dealer tonight....I thought some one might have it for less here..

I hear ya, but when I found out how much it costs from the dealer, I was pretty surprised it was only 80 bucks. have fun with the Dremmel.

Try Classic MINI in Mentor, Ohio. I bought my kit there and it cost between $70-$75.
