Drivetrain Stage 3 Clutch

Stage 3 Clutch
I own a 2011 r56 S and my clutch is going bad. Since I am doing performance upgrades I figured I might as well just go ahead and upgrade the clutch since I have to replace it. I was thinking stage 3 unsprung but I can't seem to find one that will fit my model. Any suggestions?

What HP are you looking to get out of your performance upgrades? Unsprung, is not something I would do personally. On one of my builds I was running a stage 2 clutch that was sprung, but was a 4 puck. I HATED it for daily driving. Was a beast on the track, but a nightmare anytime in traffic or doing city driving. I since have changed to a competition clutch stage 2, which is a Steelback Brass clutch. Feels like stock and can hold up to a good amount of WHP/torque for the MINI. My point, you don't have to go with a seriously extreme clutch that can deal with power/performance upgrades. I'd recommend you do some research on Competition Clutch.
Otherwise, you can see what we offer here as well: http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/..._pg1.htm#item0. Good luck!

Just do your research. I spent about 3 months researching what I ultimately wanted to go with. Don't just settle on something as you want to be happy with the choice you went with. Also, keep in mind that performance clutches don't typically last as long as stock. I got about.. 3 years/30k miles out of my stage 2 puck clutch. I was so glad when I was done with that clutch. That's why I took the time to find the next one that would meet the vehicles current needs. The Spec I listed on the link above is for an '11 Cooper S.
