Background:
I'm the second owner. I purchased the car from the original owner in Southern California and had the vehicle trucked up to San Francisco. The car was broken-in per Mini/BMW factory recommendations. The car has never been tracked or smoked in.
Oil change and transmission fluid change done concurrently at 1,364 miles. The engine oil used was Castrol Edge Professional TWS 10w-60; transmission fluid was Redline MTL 70W80. A scheduled service is due October 2016, the car is still covered under warranty. It has just had a multi-service inspection done at Mini SF, where the car was pronounced in perfect health. The known outstanding item(s) are the tires, which will need to be replaced. The car currently has a set of the factory special Kumho Ecsta V700’s on the car. I wanted to give the next owner the choice in tire selections, as people have their own tastes when choosing tires for this car. I have enjoyed the Kumho’s, and have priced the car according to the known need for tire replacement.
No aftermarket modifications; non-OEM parts on the car limited to low-dust EBC Redstuff brake pads to replace the notoriously dusty BMW/Mini OEM pads.
Clear bra applied to the entire hood, front air dam, headlamps, foremost portion of roof, side mirrors, sideskirts, and on topmost portion of rear bumper assembly (luggage strip). Wet Okole neoprene seat covers on both seats. The clear bra was applied before any freeway driving was done, while the seat covers were installed during first month of ownership. There is also a dash cover that comes with the car, as well as two car covers, an indoor JCW cover and an all-weather outdoor cover.
Additional pictures available upon request, the car is located in Mill Valley California. I am selling as I was lucky enough to purchase a Porsche GT4, and no longer have room for the Mini.
I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
Thanks,
Shawn
