Illegible radio display

Turned on my 2013 Mini Coop S this morning and this is what my radio display looks like! Any thoughts on what could be wrong? Anything I can try to fix it or am I looking at an expensive trip to the dealer?

You would get more response in an R56 subforum.

I couldn't find anything similar with a quick google search.

I'd try pulling the fuse and see if this forces a 'restart' (but no I don't know which fuse it is off the top of my head ....)

am I looking at an expensive trip to the dealer? Should be a warranty issue .... when did you get your 13? Warranty is 4 years.

Battery condition, has it been checked? Rebooting via fuse as Capt BJ said or disconnect battery. If that doesn't do it then dealer or indy mechanic.
