Dedicated Summer Wheel Choice

I was wondering if anyone had feedback about using the nitto neogens. Currently I am on Sumi HTR ZIII and loved the tires, and I am willing to try new tires. ive heard quite a few good things about the neogens and some research says they are good with negative chamber which our cars enjoy. I am a spirited driver, especially in the summer. im not stanced, but lowered and likely to have 2 deg of chamber in rear and 1-1.5 in the front.

right now discount tire has a stupid deal on these neogens. I almost pulled the trigger on them when I got the HTR Z3.

does the nitto have as much grip to the sumitomo? 280 vs 300 treadwear. both are AA and A. but yet the nitto is considered an all season?

tires before were BF KDW's, those were nice until they wore and got loud!

I haven't tried the Neogens myself, but have tried out a few types from Nitto. Nitto makes great tires. Generally speaking, the lower the tread wear rating the more grip you'll have. Although, with modern tire technology that is getting better with higher tread wear ratings. I'm currently on the Nitto NT05's with a tread wear rating of 200 and they have lots of grip. I'm not a huge fan of all seasons, but as another option maybe check out the Nitto 555 g2 as it's a really good performance tire with a tread rating of 320. Can read up on it here: http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticl...ance-Tire.aspx Otherwise, I'd say go for it if you want to try them out. If you don't like them you can take them off and sell them and order something else.
