I think this is incredibly sad and I'm really sorry that I have not won the lotto yet. It's got under 100k and was involved in what appears to be a pretty minor accident. It was purchased to put back together but the owner has decided that the accident will cause a hit on the eventual resale value. That's shortsighted in my opinion- not everything is about the resale value.
