I have a set of stock springs from my 2006 R53 fJCW that I have no use for since I replaced them with Tein S-Techs. These are the regular R53 springs, not the JCW package springs. My R53 has a sunroof as well, but not sure if that changed the spring rate on the regular R53 springs or not. Springs were taken off the car at 110k miles. This R53 was previously registered in Michigan for the past 5 years, and it appears like it saw winter use.
