Way easier to replace the crank pulley than the supercharger pulley for extra SC boost, plus, the OEM crank pulley is just a disaster waiting to happen.
It depends on what belt you currently have. I had a JCW car and ran the stock size belt : BMW 11.28-7 545 120-133460
Gates - 6PK 1374
They are like $20 at Napa and definitely something good to replace every 60k or so as cheap insurance to being stranded.

As of right now, I have a stock belt. So technically, I can re-use that belt, right? Now, if I want to install supercharger reduction pulley at the same time, I will need a belt to accommodate that, but nothing specific for this 2% pulley. Also, when installing, do you need to heat it up, or do any other weird stuff to get it fit (like heating ATI SuperDamper pulley)?
I'm not positive, but if you have a normal S belt, you may need/want a different one. I would call up Way from Way Motor Works (great company/folks) or your favorite shop just to make sure. Plus, do some searching, you can't be the first to ask this question.
Not sure what to say on adding a reduction SC pulley at same time... It would depend on what % of reduction you go with for the SC. Other than it sounds like you are going to be spinning the heck out of your SC, so be careful.
For the install it fits nicely ( I have done 2 ATI's and never had to heat them up btw), maybe a slight nudge from a hammer, but no hassle. I'd recommend a new bolt though as anytime you buy a new crank pulley, they come with one. Again, as a precaution, like a new belt. I am very big on doing whatever right the first time...
