I need a chili red hood scoop for a 2004 Mini Cooper S. Also need passenger side rear quarter panel plastic wheel arch trip piece.

My zip is 16509

 

Rather than paying for a part that you already have, purchase a can of Krylon #82328 red pepper/safety red from walmart for about $5. It has been my experience that this a pretty near perfect match for CHILLI RED. To have a paint shop mix you a custom base coat/clear coat will run you about $50 bux.
Get the wheel arch from Pelican Parts and make sure you use new attaching clips.

Problem is that I don't have the hood scoop. However, I will take your suggestion about the spray can. Thanks for the tip!

 

If you don't have luck you can view the price on a new hood scoop that is primed (you can do the spray can paint) here and the rear passenger wheel arch here. They're both somewhat inexpensive, but if you don't have any luck on here you can always search for used ones on www.car-part.com. Let me know if you have any questions.
