New brakes this summer, Pads and rotors.
Lots of PowerFlex bushings. (these never wear out like rubber ones)
Car is in great shape, has no rust and has been well taken care of. It was owned by two MINI enthusiasts before me who didn't drive it in the winter and I only drove it for half a winter.
