I've gotten an intermittent passenger airbag fault light on my low mileage 2010 justa. A search of the forums shows this is a common problem but what are my expected repair costs? The dealer is several hrs away so I'd prefer to use a local indie that has a good rep for MINI repairs. Can I get a fault code from Autozone to help me zero in on the repair?

 

You could try to reset it and see if it comes back. Could maybe be a sensor issue. You'll need a specific tool that has the capability of resetting/reading it as I'm not sure an Autozone can do that. Scan tools like AutoEnginuity can reset that light and access that system for faults.
