Death rattle or not?

Hi guys,

I just picked up my first MINI. It is a 2013 Cooper S which I got from a MINI dealership. Its under the MINI-Next program and has the extended warranty as well. After coming home I started noticing this rattling type noise coming from the engine. It has about 26,600 miles on it. Can someone please help me diagnose if this is an issue or not and should be taken to dealership asap.

Thats very low miles and it should not have any rattle issue as the N18 seems to be less preventative. Unless it was run low on oil before for some issues.

Also the chain kit for the 2011 MCS is 11311439853 KT
