R50/53 15% pully vs 17%

15% pully vs 17%
Hey guys, i want to get a new pulley for my r53 but i wanted to know which was better, a 15% pulley or a 17% pulley. ive seen the 19% pulley and i just wanted to know why everybody dosnt have a 17%. what are the mechanics behind it and the pros/cons with smaller pulleys.
