I've got around 40,000 miles on the set of Koni FSD's on my Mini. I've started to notice that over the last month or two, the ride has been getting worse and worse....and it's not riding over the bumps like it used to.

All of my suspension parts like bushings, rod ends, and ball joints are new and in good shape.

I know the FSD's are supposed to have a lifetime warranty on them.....anyone tried to use it? Or is the warranty just for defects? I would think they would last longer than 40,000 miles.....especially for the price I paid for them.

 

If I were you I would send an email to them and explain your situation to them and see what they say about it
