2013 Mini Clubman Cooper Engine Swap

Hello!
I own a petrol 2013 Mini Cooper Clubman and have spotted a low mileage 2013 JCW engine for sale. I'm aware that it can be financially economical for an engine conversion but this isn't an issue.

In addition to the engine/turbo/exhaust/clutch and bodykit what else do I need?

Any help appreciated.

Front of car wiring harness, Engine control computer ECU or DME in MINI speak... Intercooler, all the intake piping.

Is your car auto or manual? The donor? Clutch pressure plate and flywheel...

It makes more sense to sell your clubbie and buy a JCW clubbie...

Save yourself money and misery and sell the one you've got and buy another one. The list of things that would need to be changed is very large and what's been mentioned already is only a partial listing.

It's not worth it from either a financial point of view or a time point of view. Unless you've got lots of spare cash and spare time, forget it.

I'm 90% sure FMIC is the exact same.
