price check

It has been a long time since I was on the forum. kids and motorcycles took my attention away from the Mini.

As such, I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S with JCW Works package, JCW air Box, JCW brakes, JCW strut tower, Alta sway bar, and all the creature comfort packages, Sport, Cold Weather, leather, JCW mats, Premium Sound and I would like to get a realistic price. I think the only option we passed on was Navi. Car was over $45k new and that was before the brakes and other farkles.

This car only has about 10,000 miles on it as it truly has been a Sunday driver. Always garaged, never seen snow and hardly ever saw rain.

KBB has it at $13.5k but I would like to think it would be worth more. What do you guys think?

What I always like to do is cruise around cars.com or craigs list and see what cars are going for. Dealerships do this often, my dad is a GM at one so I get the inside scoops on how they price their used cars. They look around at different areas in specific states to compare and see what they're selling for. For example, my non-MINI car blue books at about 9-10k, but with the condition and mods that it has, I could realistically get anywhere from 18-20k for it if I sold it myself. Hope this helps a bit.

Sounds good and pretty loaded but I am partial to the Hot Orange Convertible. I dont think I would ever sell mine. Good luck, check around and cars.com and other major car sites. You do have a rare one and sometimes those sites dont account for it.
