No they aren't OEM but fit perfect. I never used them because I sold my R53.

Got a picture of bottom of them? They have the Velcro spot to stick into the sides so they don't slide

The bottoms are identical to the top. It's almost like they are reversible for right hand drive so they do not have the Velcro spot.
