What: California Club Fest

When: October 24th 2004

Where: Cal State Hayward Practice Soccer Field

Requirements: Must be a member of a car club in the state of California

Price: $20 to put your car in the show; spectators are free.



This is the first year for this event, as well as our company's first event, we hope you can join us to make it enormous success. Our goal is to have a great atmosphere to share our passion for our cars and the automotive hobby. We have a lot planned for it, so we hope you can make it out.

What exactly is it? A car show? More info please.

 

Yes it is a car show that is open to all makes and models. We want to bring together people to enjoy the automotive hobby as a whole, not just one nitch by limiting it to one type of car. We will do shows of that nature, but this first one we wanted to make it as diverse as possible. Being a long time new MINI owner, not to mention one of the founding members of NorCal MINIs I hope to see a good showing of fellow NorCal Motorers!

To get the rate you must call and tell the clerk that you are booking a room for Phillip Stewart's Autoshow in october. If there are any problems with this let me know and I will take care of it ASAP.

There are some great roads near by that suit the MINI very well. If there is any interest we can probably put together a run for Saturday as well as the show on Sunday.

We have also aligned with a different charity for the show. We are now working with Treats For Troops Inc. (www.treatsfortroops.com) and their foster a soldier program. All proceeds from the raffle and a portion o the shows proceeds will be going to support our men and women over seas.

THE EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RESCHEDULED FOR THE EARLY SPRING!

We had some issues with the venue that could not get worked out recently and we either had to scale back the event beyond where we wanted to be, or reschedule. We would rather put on a dynamite show then something that was just kind of a field with cars. I will post when we get the new date and local.
