Brembo JCW billet brake caliper piston kits. Replace the crack and failure prone factory plastic and steel pistons with solid billet steel pistons designed and build for the JCW Brembo caliper by the leading MINI Cooper race parts manufacturer Sneed Speed. These pistons will not break, crack, or wrap under extreme brake load and heat like the factory units. Each kit comes complete with billet pistons, race seals and high temp dust seals. This kit can be used on the street to replace broken factory pistons.
Use air to push the stock pistons out of the calipers
Install new seals into groove in caliper. Lube with brake fluid before install.
Press new piston into caliper and seal. It’ll be tight. I use a block of wood and pry bar to push the piston in. Make sure the piston is going in straight.
Once piston is all the way in, install outter dust seal. Just push it in. No lube or glue needed.
