Quick Release Rally Flaps

Ok gang, I am looking for some ideas.

I am getting deeper in to the world or autocross. I bought a spare R112 wheel set for my JCW and am getting some sticky rubber for them. What I would like to do is mount some rally flaps into my wells (maybe just front?) that I can quickly attach for track days and then remove for daily driving.

Has anyone done this before or have any cool ideas on how to do it? Bring the genius friends!

Rally armor sells some universal flaps for about $20. Could get those and some of the plug things that hold the fender liner on. They pop off pretty easy. I assume you will be installing and removing them when you swap wheels for auto x so that will make the process even quicker.

a lot of guys around here just use painters tape around the wheel wells and front and rear bumper ( in case of cone contact)

That was exactly the plan! I had also thought of the plugs, but didn't know how difficult they would be. I will check into those.

About the third time you go to take them off after an event, you'll get sick of messing with them and leave them on all the time. I find there's more than enough to do before and after without having to make minor mods to the car every time...
