Class action law suit in Maryland on timing chain!

I am starting a class action suit against Mini USA over the timing chain , if anyone wants to join in get in contact with Williams and Santoni in Maryland. Im sick to death with the way they treat us with bandaids and ignoring! Anyone else tired too?

I am also fed up and tired of it. But I am located in Florida, not sure if there is one ongoing here yet?

not sure, its worth looking into. Starting it up has not been easy though. try contacting my lawyer in the post. Im almost certian that they are able to help in your area or send you in the right direction. Remember togo to the NHSTA website and file compaints! If we dont say or do something noone is going to help us or anyone who bought these very fun and expensive cars!

There have been at least two other class-action suits about the timing chain that I can think of. Do a search on here (or go to google and add "site:northamericanmotoring.com" to the search terms) to find the threads.

This is where we the Brits seriously don't have our act together. I like watching the Americans not putting up with this sort of crap and clubbing together. A far better system when utilised like this (fairly and sensibly and in the best for the client in a fair way). Good luck.
