Brake pads Countryman

Quick question as I consider doing the front and rear brakes on a 2011 Countryman S:

Are the brake pads identical front and rear? Looking to order them but can't figure out if they are the same!

No , not identical front to rear. The pads are larger on the front then the rear. You will have brake pad sensors also. One on the front left and one on the rear right. Those need replaced if you tripped them and the brake light cam on. Do you have an All4 ? if not see below for options. On Genuine MINI pads there was a year split.
