Compared to OEM 16" wheels and tires
Your proposed wheel fits 1.7mm further from the inner suspension and pokes out 14.4mm further which is fine. The upper outer treads of the tires will be 5mm taller than OEM and stick out about 20mm more which fits OEM suspension but might be close to rubbing under load for a lowered suspension.
So yes it fits with OEM suspension.
