I would like to put checkered mirror caps on either of my cars - an R52 and an R56. Both cars are non-power folding mirrors. I do not want to buy caps that have the tabs broken off and I'm not so desperate that I'll spend a fortune. If someone has any that are laying around in great condition and wants to clear some space, please respond. Thanks.

I am surprised that no one has a pair of checkered mirror caps they don't need anymore! I did follow up on the two craigslist ads and both parties did not want to ship them. So here is my plea again. Please contact me.

Sorry to hear that... usually CL folks agree to terms BUT you have to make it painless for them, i.e., send them a mailer and pre-pay the item(s) you want to buy. All they need to do is slap the label and drop it off to USPS, UPS, FedEx and etc... This is only possible if both parties want to happen.

I've done this method many times if the items that I need isn't locally available to me... and if the price is right. Kinda like at this marketplace.
