unable to pair my iPhone 6: get to the point where it asks for pass key and I enter 0000, OK. My phone never asks for the pass key and doesn't pair.
I've reset the phone, changed the phone name, hard reboot and still get the same results.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Used Mini? Did you delete prior paired phones, that often messes things up if they are still around. Turn off BT on both car and phone and then start again.

My phone is Android, paired easily. As I recall my sons Iphone 6 also paired simply as well.

 

Make sure there is not already a bluetooth Mini PW stored. Delete all your old Mini Bluetooth connections (on the phone) and try again.

 

I deleted old phones on the MINI and there are none on my phone. Our Infiniti is the only car on my Bluetooth.

When you are paring the phone is should tell you to enter 4 number that are show on the phone. it's kind of easy to miss. Good luck
