Ok so I'm at about 10,800 miles and my onboard computer's telling me that I'm about 1200 miles overdue for my first scheduled maintenance. I've been too swamped at work to get to my dealer the past two weeks, hence my delay in getting it done.
So anyway, how many miles overdue does my first scheduled maintenace have to be before I void my warranty or have to pay for the service? I obviously want to get it done as soon as possible but I haven't had time and probably won't until about another one or two weeks. Can I go, say, 2000 miles over and still be ok?

Since this is a warranty issue, the only answer worth anything will have to come from MINI USA.

They'll probably tell you that there won't be any problem. Just make sure you keep a written record of when you called and who you talked to and what they told you!
