R56 2011 Mini Cooper S - AEM Intake (no blow off)

I just installed my AEM 21-721C Cold Air Intake on my 2011 mini cooper S and carefully installed.
Why i Don't hear any blow off sound from the intake?
This is my first upgrade in my cooper.

Can someone help ?

If you want a blow off sound the route you need to go is a blow off valve. The high flow filter will only slightly add to the sucking sound as you're building boost. Typically road noise and your exhaust will overtake this sound quickly

I haven't changed my stock recirculation valve so I have zero experience to give suggestions.
http://www.waymotorworks.com/forge-b...r-s-turbo.html <--this is all I really know of for our cars. Read the description... "By venting the boost to atmosphere it may cause the check engine light to come on, please note this as there are NO returns for getting a check engine light"
