... Lets see if I can remember... open the doors move your seats all the way forward. Reach in and grab the bottom front of the rear seat bottom and jerk up and rearward, the seat bottom should pop right up, rotate it and pull it out of the car. Close your doors.

Move to the rear of the car, open the hatch and remove the parcel shelf. rotate the seat backs down, look at the center crack between the seats at the base of the seat, you should see a black metal catch with the head of a bolt sticking out toward you. (Item 4 on the image is the latch.) With a 10mm socket loosen and remove the bolt. With the bolt out you should be able to see where the bolt head was the piece you are look at is a lever, with a wide flat tip screw driver, place the tip under the upside down "U" opening in the lever and raise it up, the lever will rotate toward the front of the car. When you get it up past the 90 degree spot the seat backs are loose, place your hand under the bottom of the seat back at the center point and lift. Once you get the center pivot point free of the mount and the other seat back you can free the outboard pivot pin from the side panel, remove from car. Now do the same thing to the seat back that is remaining.

You have just removed your rear seats.

Depending on the Rear Seat Elimination Kit you may have to remove the center mount, or rotate the lever back to the down (lock) position and install the 10mm head bolt. that way it is there and if you decide to put the seats back in, the bolt is there and you don't have to go out and get a new one.

Putting in the seats just reverse the procedure.

Hope that helps.

Motor on!
