Exterior Makeover (on a budget) + Muffler Delete

So, a little background....

I'm 16 and I have a Hyper Blue r53 MCS as my first car. I have already done a ton of performance mods ( 15% SC pulley, JCW sparks, ALTA CAI, Rear Swaybar, Strut Bar). Baby practically makes 200 ponies. But, now its time to make it look and sound great. These are some of the points I wanna hit on my exterior makeover

1) Debadging of "COOPER' but not the "S"
2) Bavarian Autosport Emblem (because I have everything from there)
3) Carbon Fiber Wrapping of the "S" logos on the Boot and Side Scuttles as well as the A Panels (cuz that looks awesome)
4) PIAA XTreme White Plus Halogen Bulb Headlights
5) EZ Lip front lip splitter
6) Tinted Tails (need some suggestions on this one)
7) Painting of the calipers (need some suggestions on this one)
8) Muffler Delete

Any suggestions (especially on the bolded numbers) ? Really need to know the best method of painting calipers and a link to the paint to use that can withstand the heat. Also need the link to the film used to tint taillights. I just don't have the money to get smokey euro style taillights at the time.

BUT THE ONE I AM MOST SCARED OF is the muffler delete?!

Anybody with any experience with this on a MCS? How to do it? Will it sound okay?

Really need some help here on this one. Gotta make this baby look good for senior year. It can already outrun some of those parent bought muscle cars, but I want it to look even better.

You mean the resonator delete? If so, it's a "bit" more deep and the popcorn machine sound is stronger, it's not bad at all. If you are really talking about the muffler itself, it will be loud.

If you have a resonator then a muffler then the tail pipe, go for it!
Muffler delete will give you a sportier sound (very little), if your replace it with an aftermaket muffler (ie Flowmaster).

It is not a good idea to delete the resonator since it handle drone and loudness. Replace is always the only option.

Okay. That's what I was thinking. Mufflers are coming off. Resonator definitely staying on. As the title suggests, I'm on a budget with some other interior projects lined up for the lil cooper.

Your sound will improve without doubts.
I'm testing my custom exhaust system (R56 non-S) and the final config will be:

OEM resonator will be replaced with a Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonator thanks to a forum user suggestion. Today there is not resonator and it sounds horrible and drone is saying "hello!!" all the way.
Not good.

Muffler deleted was great. Was replaced for a custom bottle style muffler.
Now waiting just for the resonator, it is the key for the searched sound tone.

Muffler replaced with chamber, but ... RESONATOR?

Let us know!
