tires fit or problem?

I just bought these rims and tires. 4x100 17 x 9 offset 15....I was told this would be aggressive which I'm OK with but I want to make sure I'm not going to have any problems. I've done some searches and seen similar wheels but none with this offset. Please help with feedback!

By my quick calculation they'll poke out about 1.9" inches beyond your fender.

OEM wheels have offsets 45-52mm. ET15 is way too low for the MINI.

My bad. Offset is actually at 20... I hear how its going to stick out, but will it have issues with the suspension or and rubbing?

You haven't provided tire size and type of suspension. Regardless, I'd say ET20 is still too extreme.

Yes, you will.

If wheels stick out, so will the tires. Even if you go with comically narrow tires (which will destroy their handling).
As your suspension compresses, the tires will hit the plastic fender arches and tear them apart.

17x9 is a very wide wheel for MINI wheel wells. 20mm offset is way too small (wheels will stick way out away from the centerline of the car).
OEM's are 17x7 ET 48.

Sell/return these wheels, and buy something that fits your MINI:
