Looking to pick up a couple OEM head units for our R53's. My CD function does not work and the stock HU in my girlfriend's Mini has been replaced with a terribly confusing and gaudy Sony thing. We are only interested in the later iterations with Aux in and mp3 playback functionality. Fully operational units only, please. Thanks!

 

For MP3 playback, I believe you will need 2005 and up. Visually, it has the slightly larger volume ****. My wife's 2004 has the smaller ****.

I upgraded the head unit in my 2003 to a 2005 for MP3 playback.

 

I have one from my '06 R53JCW I'll sell.
