hey everybody just got a 2015 cooper s looking to mod the hell out of it. one question. i was at the muffler shop today getting a muffler delete cutom pipes and i saw a cat past the flexpipe didnt have an o2 after it. i was gonna delete it but wanted to make sure it doesnt throw any codes. im also getting a k&n filter and burger b48stage1 tuner next week. is there any custom tuners that can delete o2 codes? thanks.
The secondary cat is un-monitored, so it won't throw codes. Depending on your state's inspection policies, it might not pass because of the 'visual' inspection that is supposed to take place (making sure that the emissions equipment hasn't been tampered with). I don't know what they do in Kansas.

thank you pulling the trigger tomorrow on the second cat and reso delete. kansas dont care about no converters. i found out these cars like the higher octane fuel. im gonna be running 93 octane with torco unleaded octane booster.
thanks for the welcome. im an old hot rodder lookin to do something different. i would like to try to get in the 13 second quaerter mile range. ill see how close i get my first season at the track.

Giddyup. You might want to do some datalogging to confirm that your octane booster is actually doing something. We did a sweries of dyno runs before and after on a car with octane booster and saw no change in knock sensor activity. I know it's not the most scientific test, but the point is I'm a little skeptical.

torco shows some dynos on a bmw so i thought i would give it a shot since 100 octane is $13 a gallon. im gonna play with 25% e85 and 75% 93 also. i shot you a email at your business to keep me posted on future mods also. i can never have enough horspower or poontang. thanks
