R60 Can you return/exchange OEM parts to a different dealership?

Can you return/exchange OEM parts to a different dealership?

I know I could call them, but business hours are closed right now, so I thought I'd post this up here..

So I bought the Xenon Retrofit kit from Flow Mini in North Carolina and shipped them out here to California (best price), but when I opened the box, I found that the light kit is broken and I can't install them.

Since I bought them from a dealership, does anyone know if I can exchange them at a different dealership here in CA? I just don't want to wait to ship them back and forth for the new part if I can have them replaced locally.

If anyone has input, it would be helpful. thanks!

You thumbed your nose at them earlier and tried to save some $$ so I suspect not but a phone call to your local dealer will likely provide the answer.

Ship them back. No way around it. Dealerships are franchises, each is individually owned by someone different.

Your going to have to make a shipping claim I'm sure if it was damaged in shipping. But a phone call to them is the only way to resolve this. I'm sure it will get fixed quickly.
