Is there any way other then the owners lounge to track your mini. I was supposed to be delivered today but no luck

Forget the Owner's Lounge- it's useless for tracking. If already landed, your car may be tied up at the Vehicle Procesing Center. Sometimes there can be delays there.

Call 1-866-ask-mini (1-866-275-6464). They have pretty good info.

If the car is still on the boat, your best bet is via the cargo shipping firm Wallenius Wilhelmsen- "http://213.31.205.37/GLWebApps.AppTracking" should take you right to the tracking page. Select 'Auto' under 'Track by Cargo', and enter the last 7 digits of your car's VIN. The ship's name, schedule, ports of call etc are all shown. That info may vary due to weather, etc, but much better than O.L!
